The planet where you are when your doing the mission to get the Loyalty of Jacob has a Anomaly Detected but that one doesn't count for the achievement. The DLC mission (Return to Normandy crash site) has a Anomaly Detected to but that one doesn't count towards the Agent Achievement. Normandy Crashsite (Doesnt count for the achievement) These mostly involve 10-20 minutes of gameplay and take the place of side quests, when the location is found on the planet you're immediately dropped to the location and prepared to run. N7 missions are missions under taken by Commander Shepard when scanning random planets, some of them lead to two different achievements.
